The Assessments with Demographics and MAP Analyzer tools utilize Pivot Charts which are powerful Excel tools to graphically analyze data. Excel for Mac users need to update to Version 16.6 or later for support of Pivot Charts. Pivot Charts can be embedded on web pages, such as the Assessments with Demographics tool embedded below. However, these embedded charts don't have as much flexibility to manipulate them as you'd have using Excel. You can also use the tool found with the Web Pivot Tool link to analyze databases in .csv format in your browser. Pivot Charts are not currently robustly supported in Google Sheets.

· Assessments with Demographics – This is a sample of a comprehensive database that the other tools were developed from. The Pivot Chart can be used to disaggregate and analyze assessment data by content area, test, score type, grade, year, student demographic data, etc…

· MAP Analyzer – Tool to disaggregate student performance on state assessment by strand, learning standard, depth of knowledge or question type.

· MAP Predictor – Predicted performance on the Missouri Assessment Program state exam

· MAP Predictor Results – Comparison of predicted and actual MAP results

· Report Card - Stakeholder accountability report tied to school Academic Accountability Plan
